Tanker Trailer Liners

USAF F-35

Aerospace technology has been adapted by our company to apply and adhere Kynar®, Halar®, PFA and other fluoropolymer sheet lining materials to chemical tank trailers with notable and positive results. Our liners are the only liners in the industry that withstand full vacuum conditions.

Our linings are used in the most demanding environments.

  • Vacuum Degasifiers with 25 years ongoing operational life in a full vacuum
  • Enclosures in nuclear laboratories
  • Polishing beds and deionizers in semiconductor fabs
  • Storage tanks and vessels up to 28′⌀ and done on-site
  • Reactor and process vessels

cleanroom

Our cleanroom, class 10,000, enables Fisher technicians to perform tasks which demand a high-purity environment, from preparing surfaces for powder coatings, to lining items which require high-purity in the lining material and adhesives. The air is HEPA purified, and at 10′x10′x10′, we have the capacity to line larger vessels, and can modify the room to enable the lining of tanker trailers.

When a high-purity chemical manufacturer needed materials to transport their high-purity sulfuric acid, they needed material purity to be 100 parts per trillion. Fisher was able to line their 5,000 gallon tanker trailers with a PFA sheet that kept the chemicals untainted.
